SUPER EARLY RISER CLASS! Is the early morning the only time you have to yourself before the daily circus starts? If yes this class is for you. An hour-long class perfect for parents of young children or those that like to seize the day! lass consists of breathing exercise (Pranayama) where we begin to invigorate the body, posture work (Asana) and a 5 minute seated concentration practice (Dharana) to finish the class and set you up for the day.
